Providing Baltimore County Rental Property Inspections. All rental properties in Baltimore County must be inspected for specific safety related items by January 1, 2009 and every 3 years thereafter. Property owners found in violation of the required inspections may be fined. AIM offers prompt, reliable property inspections. All homes constructed prior to 1950 must be tested for lead. When the property passes inspection, the required photographs and rental inspection form will be mailed to the property owner the day following the inspection. If the property fails inspection, you will be notified immediately with recommendations for repairs.
